The brief

The challenge.

Four clinics, three phone numbers, one overwhelmed reception desk. Patients could not see availability online and most enquiries arrived as voicemails after 6pm.

What we did

We put the diary on the homepage. A custom booking widget talks directly to the clinic's practice software, showing real slots by clinician and location. Condition pages were rewritten in plain English and each one ends with a bookable appointment, not a contact form.
